DESCRIPTION
RIZOLIN Sandwich is a sandwich (three-layer) construction with the outer layers made of the material RIZOLIN FSa and middle thermal insulation blanket of expended polysterene or basaltic mineral wool heat insulator (incombustible material, is used in building of constructions with strict requirements safety regulations). The material RIZOLIN Sandwich is extremely lightweight, resistant to ultraviolet impact and corrosive environment. Has high heat-resisting quality.
Can be used in all climatic zones (according to SNiP 23-01-99).
METHOD OF INSTALLATION
(according to «Guideline for installation of roofs with self-adhesive rolled waterproofing material «RIZOLIN»)
Due to a rather small weight (7,5 kg/ 1m2) the material is easy in application and does not require any complex construction machinery. Rizolin Sandwich is laid end-to-end, lagged to backings by “test dollies”. Gaps are filled with construction foam. For joint insulation it is necessary to take off a release film from overlappings, place the material onto a dry, dust-free surface and roll it down with a roller (SNiP 3.04.01-87).
ATTENTION: Self-adhesive material properties retain at an air temperature above +15 °С. At lower temperatures a little heat must be applied to the adhesive side till the appearance of high luster in order to ensue the adhesiveness (according to SNiP II -26-76*)
DO NOT heat the material at the foil side!
